The Kenya International Taekwon-Do Association (KITA) is a community-based organization established in 2008 under the Kenya Societies Act. Our association is committed to developing high-level Taekwon-Do practitioners, encouraging healthy competition, and promoting the core values of respect, discipline, and perseverance while fostering a strong sense of community.
What We Offer
Mentorship
We offer mentorship programs for all international Taekwon-Do members who wish to improve and standardize their martial art technique.
Youth Advocacy
We campaign and advocate against drug abuse and idleness among the youth by encouraging participation in physical fitness activities and sports.

International Representation
We aim to grow and enhance KITA to a level where it can effectively represent Kenya and the African continent at internationally acclaimed competitions.
Community Development
